Here are a couple recipes for leftover bread.MONTE CRISTO CASSEROLE1 1/2 lb Swiss Cheese 1 1/2 lb Ham1 Loaf Sliced Bread6 Eggs1 1/2 cup Milk
METHOD:Build ham and cheese sandwiches and place them in a greased baking dish. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and add milk and 2 tsp of yellow prepared mustard. Mix well. Pour mixture over the sandwiches. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes. Top with cheese of your choice, bake an additional 10 minutes. (Serves 6-8)
